I meant to sign us up about a month ago...well, better late than never! The Northwest Ohio Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure is Sun., Sept.26th in Downtown Toledo. This will be our 3rd year participating & we are all excited to take part once again. If you have never been involved in this event, this is the time to do it. It is an awe inspiring sight to see the tens of thousands of people gathered in one place in support of such a great cause. I'm sure we have all, unfortunately, been touched by this disease in one way or another. Personally, we walk in memory of Aunt Alice - we loved her so much!
If you are not already signed up, we would love to have you join our team. If you can't make it, please consider a donation or sign up as a "Sleep in for the Cure" member - register, collect donations, get a t-shirt & sleep in!
