Nelson & Sophie

How could we leave Nelson out? What a face?! He joined Sophie on her session today & was the best boy ever! And yes, I did get a big kiss from him!

We finally made the time to do some fun shots of Sophie. She is my very good friends' daughter - we had done shots of sister, McKenzie, years ago & I kept promising to take Sophie out. Well, she certainly showed me that we should do this more often. Sophie, I think you have a future here! Gorgeous eyes, adorable freckles & great hair - did I mention the "at ease, sassy attitude"? Thanks, girls for a day of fun! Love ya!

Sister Golden Hair

OK, maybe if you aren't up on the 60's music you wouldn't remember Sister Golden Hair - I'm dating myself! Anyway, these sisters have the most beautiful hair! I've been doing "birthday" photos for Sara since her first birthday - she's turning 6 now! Adorable little sis, Ava, just turned 4. It was great to see you girls again - thanks to "Geeka" for continuing this tradition.

Closest thing to sons!

OK, so I never really wanted boys - too noisy & messy! Andy, Mike & Chris were neighbors of ours for 10 years & were so much like brothers to my girls - they fought & picked on each other like the best of sibs! But those boys were also very protective when the girls got into high school (thanks, guys!) I am amazed when I see their own boys now- where does the time go??!! Mike & Chris were in a wedding that I did a couple weeks back. Mike's little clone, Remy, was super handsome in his little tux! Look at those Hershey kiss eyes!!

Kevin & Corrie were very loving towards one another, making my job sooo easy! We had the special treat of getting to go behind the scenes at the Zoo to feed the giraffes! Bonus!!

While Nicole & Christian covered one wedding, Courtney & I shot the wedding of Corrie & Kevin. Historic Collingwood Presbyterian Church was the incredible backdrop for their vows. We then headed to Toledo Zoo for the reception. Corrie & Kevin were great fun & very photogenic!

2010 Seniors

I had a couple sessions this morning with 2010 seniors. Yes, I'm gearing up to full swing senior sessions! August & September get very busy, so schedule today! Ridiculous kiddos!!

It was time for some updated photos of my adorable niece & nephews. I also need soome updated shots for my site, so we decided to do a quick impromptu session - which yielded about 60 images!! Are they not ridiculous??!! Most kids this age do the cheese smile - but, they know how to turn on the Gap look! Watch for more of this session on the site. Love you guys!

Autumn's Eyes

I really had a difficult time editing down the images from Autumn's session - there were way too many great shots. Her eyes are incredible, she is very photogenic, and absolutely a natural in front of the camera!
