Cuteness Overload

These little "trick-or-treaters" are as sweet as a sugar buzz!! Cousins, Remi & Noah, slept through the whole session. Guess their lion & monkey suits were toasty warm! Little Mermaid, Morgan, was more interested in the hay bales than anything else!

Halloween Fun

A big Thanx to everyone that came out for my first Halloween photo event. Your generous donations to Tent City will certainly be appreciated!! These kids are all super-adorable!!

Gettin' those seniors in!

The air's getting colder & the days shorter, but we're still photographing high school seniors. I think the high temp. today was 48 degrees--these seniors from Maumee & Perrysburg we're troopers. We are still able to find fall color out there, too. Hopefully, we don't get a heavy rain to wash away the leaves-I've still got lots of fall appts. scheduled!

December Couples

On Sun., Nicole & I had engagement sessions for two December wedding couples. We were all watching the skies, but despite some nasty winds, we were able to get them in.

The fall color was at a peak out at Side Cut & really showcased Rachael & Brandon. You guys are great together!

We had lots of fun with Cody & Abby & their babies, Shugs & Gage! One of the bridesmaids even came along to help with the dogs. Good Luck with the move & wedding planning....

Lindsey, Nick & Dierks!

Lindsey & Nick brought Dierks along for their engagement session. He was so well behaved & we all enjoyed the nice fall day.

Busy, chilly weekend

Trying to stay caught up on the blogging after a full weekend of weddings, engagement sessions, & Halloween pictures! Fortunately, the weather held out so we could get it all in... Here's some samplings...

Autumn Splendor

Catie had her senior session done right in the midst of awesome Fall color. She is so adorable & looked great against the bright foliage.

Althea Jade

Yeah!!! I finally got to meet my precious little niece, Althea. Since they live in California, visiting is not always convenient.

She certainly has the best attributes of her Mom & Dad. Big, dark, round eyes & amazing dimples!! Her smiles are nonstop, too.

Althea is one of the most energetic, busy 4 month olds I have ever met! A bit difficult to get her to look at the camera; she was too interested in everything else. Just need to get action shots of her!!

Your donation towards Tent City will cover your session fee & 1-5x7 of your little goblin. Please bring canned goods, blankets or clothing to donate to Tent City.

Cecilia's birthday

I spent some time yesterday with Cecelia, her family & her fun, little friends. Cecelia was celebrating her 2nd birthday. Thanks for inviting me--it was great to meet you all & looking forward to seeing you again for Halloween pix!

Piper Louise

Yeah, Piper's back for her 8 month pictures!! She is always such a joy to photograph-so cute & so happy. Well, maybe we pushed it a little this time. By the time we got to her butterfly costume, she had lost her humor with us. I happen to love the crying faces, though!! Can't wait for her 1st birthday pictures...

Everyday Miracles

"The Miracle is not to fly in the air or to walk on the water but to walk on the earth."

Today was one of those days that just take my breath away. Beautiful skies, an amazing sunset & an awesome full moon.

I also had the honor of photographing Kevin & Emily. Emily was gracious enough to take time out of her 8th Birthday to spend with me. Happy Birthday, Emily!!

And Kevin---Kevin was critically injured last spring when he was struck by a car. I can only imagine the agony that his mother went through waiting to see if he would awaken from a coma. Kevin had brain injury & multiple fractures. After spending a very long time in the PICU, Kevin made an incredible recovery. While still undergoing therapies everyday, he is doing so much better than ever expected.

It truly touched my soul to see Kevin & Emily and their mother joking & laughing. Thank you, Barb, for allowing me to photograph your kids again.

I am extremely honored & grateful to be able to do this for you.

Jenna & Kyle

Nicole came along with me to meet Jenna & Kyle, who are getting married next summer. Engagement pictures are a great time for the Bride & Groom to get to know their photographers & to get accustomed to having their photos taken. Jenna & Kyle are naturals. Love those eyes!! You two will be gorgeous wedding people!!!
