Nicole, Courtney & I photographed the March of Dimes walk on Sunday at the Lucas County Rec. Center. I actually love participating in these walks. There is so much love & support for the causes & the people involved. March of Dimes supports premature babies & their families - they provide services, therapies, research & education. It's amazing how far neonatal care has come in the last decade. So many babies thriving that would not have fared so well in the past.
Fortunately, the looming rains held off until the last of the walkers made it back from the 3 mile trail. It was so touching & inspiring to hear the stories from these families & see the littlest troopers - so darn cute!
